Dr. Howard P. Manyonga
Clinical Executive, Executive Director, Network One HealthDr Howard P Manyonga leads Network One Health, a practice-led system designed to scale safe, protocol-driven maternity across multiple sites. He focuses on clinical governance, partnerships with hospitals and funders, and building teams that reduce variation in care while improving the patient experience.
He brings specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology and an Executive MBA. His work centers on designing repeatable operating models, workforce standards, and performance measurement across a women’s health clinic footprint. He supports site leaders with risk management, data reporting, and service integration across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal pathways.
His approach relies on multidisciplinary teamwork, shared protocols, and clear escalation rules. He works closely with midwives, obstetricians, sonographers, counsellors, and hospital managers to align care delivery with quality and cost controls.

Midwife Princess
Midwife, antenatal and postnatal educatorSister Princess is a qualified and experienced professional midwife specialising in antenatal care, education, labour support as well as lactation support for families.
Her background is in the fertility space at Bioart Fertility Centre in Saxonworld where she supports mothers at a birthing center. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing Sciences from Pretoria, PGDip in Public Health and is currently a Masters in Nursing candidate.
She beams as the National Secretary of Nurses SIG at SAREG. Princess provides holistic maternity care that empowers mothers through every stage of pregnancy, focusing on comfort, confidence, and informed decision-making. Her gentle approach ensures a positive and reassuring birth experience.
Princess has supported hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. She is passionate about promoting natural birth and ensuring every mother feels safe and supported.
Princess works closely with obstetricians, doulas, and paediatric teams to provide integrated, family-centred care which is why she is such a perfect fit for the Network One community. She regularly updates her skills through continuing education and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence and compassionate maternity care.

Dr. Majachani
Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist – NetworkOne Health DirectorDr. Emanuel Majachani is a highly skilled and experienced obstetrician specialising in high-risk pregnancy care and natural birth support.
With over 20 years of experience in obstetrics and women’s health, he is dedicated to providing personalised, evidence-based maternity care that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of both mother and baby.
Dr. Majachani’s approach combines medical precision with compassionate, patient-centred support. He is proficient in antenatal management, labour monitoring, and advanced delivery techniques. He is known for his calm, reassuring presence and commitment to ensuring every woman feels informed, respected, and empowered throughout her birthing journey.
Dr. Majachani works collaboratively with midwives, anaesthetists, and neonatal specialists to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary care. He actively participates in professional development and adheres to the highest clinical standards, ensuring his patients receive world-class maternity care in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Marié van Heerden
Midwife Specialist | Maternal and Neonatal Care ExpertMarié is a Midwife Specialist with extensive expertise in maternal and neonatal care, obstetrics, and independent midwife-led practice. She provides comprehensive, woman-centred maternity services, combining clinical excellence with a strong focus on safety, continuity of care, and informed decision-making across the pregnancy, birth, and postnatal journey.
With nearly three decades of experience, she has worked across clinical practice, independent midwifery, and senior healthcare leadership. Her qualifications include a Master's degree in Mother and Child Care and a Neonatal Medical and Surgical Intensive Care qualification. She has held multiple management roles since 2008, including Hospital Manager of Genesis Maternity Clinic, and has developed several maternal health programmes within the private healthcare sector. Her practice prioritises evidence-based care, patient comfort, and clear communication.
She collaborates with obstetricians, medical officers, neonatologists, and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, coordinated maternity care. In her current role as Operations Coordinator and Practice Manager at Network One Health, she supports high standards of clinical governance, quality improvement, and integrated service delivery through ongoing professional development, strong clinical leadership, and a commitment to safe, trusted, and compassionate care.

Lindokuhle Tshabalala
Lead Midwife | Specialist in Antenatal, Birth, and Postnatal CareLindo is a compassionate lead midwife registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC), serving at Network One Health. With a focus on woman-centred maternity care, she provides expert antenatal, labour, and postnatal support. Lindo has been part of the Network One Health team from inception.
Sister Lindo is seasoned in midwifery and nursing education, she has supported countless women, babies, and families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Her expertise includes antenatal assessments, labour and birth support, and family planning. She is deeply committed to patient comfort, emotional wellbeing, and respectful, evidence-based care.
Lindo was so confident in the Network One program she birthed her son under the care of our multi-disciplinary team.
Her leadership extends to mentoring new midwives and promoting community health education—reflecting her dedication to excellence, compassion, and advocacy in every aspect of maternity care.

Diana Twala: Administrator
With over six years of administrative experience, Diana brings a wealth of expertise to the Network One Health team. She has been an integral part of the organization since its inception three years ago. Possessing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, Diana is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and streamlined processes within the administrative domain. Beyond her administrative skills, she embodies a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach, contributing to the organization's mission with enthusiasm and effectiveness.

Nonhlanhla Naku: Admin and Client Relations
With a BA in Public Administration and Industrial and Organisational Psychology, the individual combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to enhance administrative processes and build robust client relationships.

Doula Bev is dedicated to providing comprehensive doula services that exude evidence-based care practices that nurture, empower, and create safe and compassionate spaces. She is cognizant of the diversity in cultural beliefs and practices cultural sensitivity, ensuring that each client is catered for their unique birth preferences and needs.
Having birthed over 70 babies, and counting, Bev brings a wealth of experience in providing emotional, informational, and physical support during childbirth. One of her magic powers is her Swedish massage expertise.
Her passion flows beyond birth support to include researched and proven prenatal education, postpartum recovery, lactation guidance, and family adjustment coaching.
Her partnership with Networkone Maternity reflects a shared vision of multidisciplinary, holistic maternity care that is paired with collaboration with healthcare professionals in the form of midwives (Sr Lindokuhle, Sister Marie’, Sister Lilo, Sister Nonhlanhla, Sr Freda, Sr Josephine, Sr Faith, Sr Gloria, Sr Ayanda, Sr Connie, Sr Lindsay, Sr Daisy, Sr Princess, Sr Mihlali), obstetricians (Dr Howard Manyonga, Dr Majachani, Dr Rockson, Dr Dlakavu, Dr Maghama, Dr Viljoen, Dr Silver, Dr Heather Allan-Gould), and mental health practitioners.
The Integrated Maternity Team (IMT) Model
Our core is the Integrated Maternity Team (IMT). This team includes providers from primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare levels, all brought together through formal service agreements.
Supporting the IMT is Network One Health (Pty) Ltd, a health management company providing the necessary support, access to medical equipment, and digital IT solutions for seamless teamwork, transcending traditional professional or organizational boundaries.
Births happen at Multidisciplinary Birth Centers (MUBCs), which can either be standalone facilities or are seamlessly incorporated within hospital premises. Skilled midwives carefully oversee the entirety of the birthing process.
